“Mr. Carlson is a demon fiddler, and his performance here was serious and concentrated.”

- The New York Times

“As a producer, I have found Andy to be the ideal session player-always willing to take my crummy ideas and always prepared to better them.”

- Peter Buck, R.E.M.

“Andrew Carlson, Ohio’s answer to Mark O’Connor, is a fiddler/violinist with impressive credentials in both areas of music-making. Carlson…put the Orange Blossom Special through combinations and permutations that owed as much to Mendelssohn and Paganini as Charlie Daniels.”

-The Columbus Dispatch
